HOW TO MAKE.
Combine with 1 cup of your favorite nut butter seed butter or coconut butter until a dough forms. Mix in a bit of plantmilk if needed + roll into balls. Chill until firm + store refrigerated for two weeks or frozen for up to two months. If you prefer a sweeter snack ball substitute up to 1/4 cup of your nut/seed/coconut butter with the natural sweetener of your choice. We like maple syrup date syrup or honey.
HOW TO EAT.
Consume one to two snack balls daily.
WHEN TO EAT.
Begin with day fifteen of your cycle, or count two weeks from the first day of your period. Continue with Sesame Sunflower for two weeks, throughout the ovulatory + luteal phases. If you don’t currently experience a period begin with the full moon.
